Quality

How do I know whether or not the quality of my translation is up to the industry’s standards?

In some cases people need to have certain documents translated into a language they do not know. Without knowing the target language, it is impossible to assess the quality of the translation you have received from a service provider. If you have a translation and you are not sure how good the quality is, you can submit it to a native speaker of the target language. If you do not know anyone who speaks the target language or knows it well enough to assess the quality of the translation, please get in touch with us. Our translators can review the translation and provide feedback.

What if my translation is not up to the industry’s standard?

If we have reviewed your translation and informed you that the quality is low or based on other sources you know that the quality of your translation is not up to the industry’s standards, we can redo the work for you. We can translate your document from scratch.

What if my translation is OK but needs improvements?

If the translation you supply is slightly below the industry’s standards we might be able to edit your translation to ensure accuracy and readability. This service might cost less than translation from scratch. Please email us your documents and translations for a quote.
